"The hosts were excellent. The only issue was the entry card and codes didn’t work consistently. Apartment is on 3rd floor. Didn’t like that but it was ok. Place was beautiful and very classy."

We had to wait 2 hours to gain entry to Zimbali due to the entry code that was not sent to us. We coukd not make use of Zimbali amneties, or order room service. The room had no cleaning service over the time we stayed there. The bath could not be used due to the plug that was leaking. The bathroom light turned off by itself. "Nice Bali style balcony with modern high quality finishes in the room. Luxurious large king bed and nice shower. Hosts were friendly. Nice clean pool with peaceful setting. Was shown another room with cool cigar lounge adjoining the bedroom. "
