「Breakers is a great resort - friendly staff, amazing pool areas. But the room we stayed in (self catering unit) needs some upgrades - main bedroom aircon needed servicing, bathroom door was broken, tap was loose as was the toilet roll holder, and a few other things needing repairs. However overall still a good stay 」

「The apartment was not clean at all. 136 self catering. Had to put my all my food in the fridge because of the cockroaches that were all over the apartment. The towels looked like they were from white to cream white. My main bedroom shower water had no pressure at all, had to shower for over 45 minutes in order to feel clean. Had to complain to be changed 」

「The hosts were excellent. The only issue was the entry card and codes didn’t work consistently. Apartment is on 3rd floor. Didn’t like that but it was ok. Place was beautiful and very classy.」

「Rod was a great host - a fan in one of the bedrooms was not working (we only realized as we were going to bed) and he brought us a new one straight away. As for the place itself, that was fine, but amenities lacking. There was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms and only one toilet roll per bathroom - in a place that sleeps 6 people. The only air conditioner is in the lounge and it does not cool even the lounge properly on the lowest setting. The mobile airconditioning unit in the main bedroom...

「The place was nice and clean, but the problem was communication. We reached out to the Agent of the place regarding a WiFi and how to connect the tv as it is an old Sinotec smart tv, we only got the password from the lady and she ignored communications on how to connect the tv. She also ignored communication of where should we get the keys to the pool from. I even sent messages on the Hotels.com website to the property and nobody responded. 」
