「Great location on the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Wifi was a bit of a challenge in the room we were in. Food at the Polipetto's was amazing and there were lots of activities for the kids. The room view and deck was amazing and the room was very clean.」

「I have written a complaint to this property, asking to (1) be put in contact with its owners and (2) ask for a refund - as it is NOT in the state that is being promoted at all... with no luck of decent/acceptable feedback or engagement or response to my requests, basically NO engagement or cooperation at all. I had to leave this property within less than 2 hours of arriving, as I did not feel comfortable to stay there. Of course, this property also does not offer any stay with a refundable...

「Shower was like warm. Lots of noise. Both from outside and neighbours (they weren't loud, but the walls were paper thin). I didn't like that you had to leave a R1000 deposit. Lock on balcony door broken, and the rest of the flat wasn't in amazing condition.」
