"All good but 2 things, 1/ my room is cityview, but the view is totally different to the picture when I booked. 2/ the stuff is too nice. I ask the reception and knew they had scale, so I package and bring to the reception and was told one customer insisted on borrowing and bringing to her room, but some others including me followed the instructions to bring to reception, waited a long time because the receptionist could not take it back, and I had to go back room and sleep instead"

"Great location, great hospitality and great amenities. The rooms look newer than the pics and the Gym is larger too (Has a Stepper, multiple treadmills, multiple freeweights, bench press, 2 cable machines, a smith machine, an enitre gym). Would come to Shanghai just to be here. "

"Hotel was decent, nothing special. Breakfast was ok - not fresh for sure. I was there for 1 week and it was the same everyday, I could tell it wasn't fresh. Only fresh thing was the guy making egg omelette. Surprisingly hardly anybody at the hotel spoke English. Very difficult to communicate, I didn't expect it as you would expect a high end hotel to. I personally wouldn't pay all that money to come here again, would rather pay less/half and go elsewhere. It was my 1st time in China/Shanghai. If I had of known it would be been like that then I would have rather stayed elsewhere and saved some money. As I've mentioned it wasn't anything special."
