Everything was fantastic, from our arrival to the end. The pool is incredible. I recommend the hotel clean the pool windows frequently so we can enjoy the view from above.

Enjoy staying in hotel

Very nice hotel . The suite room with stunning views makes the money valued. Comfortable bed , excellent bathroom and spacious living area and helpful staffs. Will come back whenever in Shanghai.

We had a unbelievable good stay at the wonderful Regent hotel. It felt like home, the staff was amazing. Location is amazing and the view from the room was out of this world. The gym was open 24/7 and the machines was everything you need. The pools was very good and safe because the life guards. I am looking forward to come back to shanghai.

The staff’s service is above and beyond. Excellent, would highly recommend. Breakfast buffet is so good, so much variety. The front desk, janitors and camellia restaurant staff are all amazingly helpful! May Bao is the best ! My kid said this hotel is 100 out of 10!

The whole team from front desk, bellman, Houskeeping to restaurant were very friendly and helpful. The only imperfection was allowing little kids to be in the hot tub after 9pm were disruptive to the quiet enjoyment of other paying guests.

Clean and nicely decorated room, however, for Club Regent, the service was subpar and the breakfast was terrible. The Club Regent staff seemed young and inexperienced.

Even hotel guests need to pay 120rmb for parking through night. Ok, fine, not too expensive but I think they could do better. Small hotel, only one side of the hotel rooms can see Shanghai Tower. Deposit was 3000rmb. I won’t stay here next time.
