It’s brand new hotel with fashion design , the room is reasonable big and the bathroom is very large and nice! The staff is very friendly and helpful! It’s in the big shopping complex with lots of high standard restaurants in it. Will come back again !

Spacious, Thoughtful, and Exceptionally Comfortable. I first discovered Artyzen NEW BUND 31 because it was designed by a renowned architect, and it truly lives up to that reputation. The hotel feels remarkably spacious, with beautifully crafted details and well-designed spaces that create a calm, elegant atmosphere. The rooms are generous, serene, and incredibly comfortable, perfectly balancing modern sophistication with a sense of warmth and ease. The location is excellent — right across from Taikoo Li Qiantan, an equally well-designed mall that’s directly connected to the metro, making it both convenient and inspiring. A stay here isn’t just about comfort; it’s about experiencing great design and thoughtful hospitality at every level.

A great addition to New Bund

I recently spent 8 nights at the Artyzen Hotel with my team, and it was truly a delightful experience. The hotel's design is impeccable, exuding both elegance and comfort. The rooms were spacious and provided the perfect sanctuary after long days of work. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were incredibly polite, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Artyzen Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Very nice quiet area. There is a taikooli mall nearby with all the international big brand. It is about 30 min ride using didi to the cbd area where all the tourist attractions. Overall really enjoyed the stay.
