「Overall the staff was polite, respectful and helpful...my only complaint was noise: loud guest in the hallway till midnight, high traffic volume on the nearby roadway and to top it off the fire alarm was triggered at 5 am on the morning of Nov 30th 2025 (think someone tried to make a waffle before the breakfast service began) anyway, the alarm continued to sound for quite some time (approx 20 mins). 」
