"My room was small, but had an amazing view of the lake. However, there was nor working ice machine on any of the floors. Had to ask seveal staff where the ice machines were and each one they sent me to was out of ice. NOT acceptable! The television reception was horrible..all channels were out of focus. Stayed there for Shamrock Shufffle and have stayed there for the past several years...they have ALWAYS had late check out for participants of the event. Now apparently, there are new ownera and they no longer offer that. But the front desk staff was rude when we asked about it and at first claimed he didn't know what I was asking. After he appeared to look something up, I asked another front desk staff memeber and she said "we're have new owners and they don't do that anymore" Tha's unfortunate, because now I will stay elsewhere when I come to the city."
