Staff was nice. Room was pretty rough, mini fridge didn't fit in cabinet so the cabinet door wouldn't close, phone had no cover on it not even the numbers and the remodel was rough in the bathroom you could see the hole in the wall where the old mirror (which was larger than the new one) was. They also closed one of the pools for a couple private parties; would have been nice to been informed of this ahead of time. We typically enjoy this location as we visit the area often. This visit was definitely disappointing.

Very clean and nice. Pool and hot tub were great. The only thing we didn’t like were the beds and pillows. which weren’t very comfortable. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Hotel was overall great. Staff was wonderful and very friendly. Did not try the breakfast as it didnt seem to have what i was craving at the time. Not a big deal to me. Room was great, my only complaint was the bed and pillows. Could not get comfortable at all. Mattress very very stiff and pillows were small and no support.

There's a very bright outdoor pole light that shines directly on the bed. I closed the blinds, but that didn't do any good. This made it very difficult to sleep. There should be better lighting in the bathroom instead of that one connected to the mirror. Ice machine was always empty when I needed it.

This is an older hotel. We had to remove about a dozen lady bugs from the room. The bed was "short-sheeted" so we couldn't pull the beading above our chests. The food served in the morning was rough. Showers were okay, but the bed was very hard.
