「Stayed here for a concert at State Farm and the pictures do the hotel no justice. The hotel is beautiful and quiet and clean. The customer service was decent. The parking is not as organized as I would like I hated it that’s the only down but besides that I loved It. There is also at $200 hold fee that I hated lol 」

「First of all, I arrived at around 8:00pm, the woman at checkin table was not nice at all. Not patient, not friendly. I don’t know if you have trained your staff to be professional. Second, on the third day of my stay, the room cleaning service came, but I was still in the room so she couldn't clean it. After a while, I told the front desk about it when I went out. Hope to clean my room when we were out. The front desk said they would follow up, but when I came back in the evening, I found that...
