「I booked a double bed room with a sofa bed to accommodate for 3 persons. The sofa bed was found not in good condition. Hotel arranged one more single room to us without additional charge. A good customer experience to us!」

「My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The place is charming and an experience in itself. It is an old house, but the rooms are in a perfect condition and spotlessly clean. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The location is great for exploring the area to the west of London, including Salisbury, Bath and Bristol in a car. 」

「We had a great stay in room 7 @ no8 Kingsbury. The room was immaculate, the bathroom was stunning as it was in the basement. Loved the breakfast items in the room, fresh cold milk, water and orange juice. Really liked that it was self check in/out so we could come and go as we please. Shame there’s no on site parking but we found some at the top of the hill, the owners also pre warmed up about a leak in our room so there was a dehumidifier in there. Highly recommend overall and we will be back!...
