"Hot tub was amazing! Nice and hot and clean. Pool felt great. Love the indoor/outdoor pool style. Room was amazing. Was upgraded to a suite. Staff were great! Zero issues. Great dinner and even better breakfast. Not too far feom downtown, great location. I highly recommend. I do not drink, but if u do...u can get 3 drinks for $3 between 5-7pm."

"Very welcoming to pets! Super clean! Staff was amazing at check in. I needed an extra hour the next day and it wasn’t an issue. There is a restaurant/bar, but I didn’t have time to visit. If you are coming to the Kentuckiana Cluster Dig Show, or to Louisville in general, you will not be disappointed. "

"Location was ideal in relation to the museums we were slated to visit. Beds were comfortable. Housekeeping did miss a sweater that was forgotten by previous tennants, but other than that, room was clean. "

"When I got there I was charged a deposit fee which I don't remember reading about when I made my reservation. I was told it would be refunded within 5 days after my stay, but this was still an inconvenience that I did not know to plan for. My first room was dirty. When I walked in, the refrigerator was left open. There was still small pieces of trash on the floor and on the desk. The counters had greasy looking smudges on them. There were no clean towels in the room. I asked for a new room. On the first morning of my two day stay, the breakfast there was rock hard biscuit, gravy, and potatoes. The lids covering the food also looked filthy. There was a waffle maker, but none of the plates were big enough for the waffles. On the second morning, the steamer that held the biscuits, gravy and potatoes the previous morning were empty. Once again, no plates big enough to hold the waffle. My only option was a single packet of peanut butter, two donuts, and a slice of bread. When I asked if more food would be put out, I was told that was it. This was an hour and a half before they ceased serving breakfast. Yes, it is a cheap hotel, but they don't truly offer what they promise in the description."

"There are better hotels in the area for about the same price. Parking was $30 a night and that was unexpected. The hotel has a smokey scent, which i think is intended but it was very unpleasant and just smelled like campfire to me. The room is cramped when you try to use the luggage carrier in and out. And, since we stayed for 5 nights, the rooms didn't have enough drawers for us both to unpack. They were the most shallow drawers ever, wouldn't close with a sweater in them!"
