Very nice hotel with popcorn at arrival. Location was very nice near the outlet. I do love the tiny shampoo bottles, but they are a waste of plastic. They had larger bottles in the shower so less waste. Missed breakfast because we left too early to get back on the road.

The hotel was perfect for our one night stay. It was conveniently located to the wedding venue we attended.

Very nice room. I would recommend it

Very comfortable.

Everything was great, just might want to get better quality towels. The towels had a Hilton label but were very thin and cheap quality. Try Costco type hotel quality towels. I’m sure signature Hilton hotels have better quality towels.

Big comfortable room for a longer stay . After a long day out coming back to the hotel room felt good. Are room looked out over parking lot and neighboring buildings. Watching it rain. My wife and I really enjoyed it. The folks that worked there took care of us I highly recommend

Proximity to everything

Our check in was super easy and friendly, the room was very clean and full of convenient items such as glasses, utensils, coffee, and a dishwasher! There are several restaurants, a coffee house, and bars all walking distance away. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with friendly and very helpful service. There are other restaurants, an H-E-B, and anything you’d need within a mile away. The fitness center and pool area was well kept and maintained. The only thing I wish they had was a hot...

Floors are not carpeted which is good thing; nice paneling instead.

A group of us was tubing the river nearby and decided to stay a night rather than drive four hours home and we are glad we did! At least for our experience, everything was great! The hot tub and pool was nice. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The beds were comfy and the room we had fit four people comfortably. However, I think it is near a railroad because we would hear a train throughout the night but besides that, we slept fine. There is multiple food options near by as well.

Neat and clean areas, great staff and delicious breakfast

Friendly and helpful staff. Swift with help for concerns

Great hotel on the river.

Absolute coolest hotel in New Braunfels. Wonderful stay. Room was cozy, but comfortable and charming. Can't say enough good things about the staff. Great location for downtown. If you're looking for a really cool place to stay, this is it. Will definitely be back.
