Hotel could use a re-fresh. The cleaning products they use are very over powering and smack you in the face entering the hotel. The rooms smell the same way. You have to run the fans in the room to eliminate the strong smell. The pillows on the bed are flat. We had to stuff 3 pillows in a pillow case to make a regular size pillow. Very skimpy on linens. We had a 6 person room with only 3 bath towels. The shower water had 1 temperature, very hot! We had to fill the tub with water let it cool, then get in and shower with a cup. Water was too hot to use the shower head. Half the outlet plugs did not have power. The breakfast that comes with your room price was the worst I’ve ever had. We can down at 8:30 and everything was practically gone. No muffins, no bagels, no bread to make toast, no yogurt, no orange juice. You had a choice of a waffle, gross powered eggs, chorizo, banana, and 3 stale cereals. The woman running the kitchen area was not refilling any of the items. Even after we asked. I stayed in this hotel because I always thought that the Hilton name was a sign of quality. Boy was I wrong! I will never stay in a Hilton again.

I booked this room because the website stated that it contained a "deep, soaking bathtub" Not only was the tub the standard shallow tub, but the porcelain was chipped with sharp spots and the drain was rusty, dirty and did not close properly. The toilet handle was loose, making it difficult to flush. There were only thin curtains on the windows, which faced a brightly lit parking lot and shopping center - it was difficult to sleep with all the light pollution in the room. Upon arrival, I was also required to put down a $25 "room deposit", even though I had paid in full in advance. Though it was eventually refunded, I feel that I should have been advised of this upfront.

Unacceptable Hygiene and Poor Service – Never Again ( I stayed at this hotel for nearly two weeks, from December 26th to January 8th, but my room was only cleaned twice during the entire stay. When I inquired at the front desk, they informed me that rooms are typically cleaned every other day and can be done daily upon request. However, none of this was communicated to me during check-in. Furthermore, the front desk staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming. The two cleaning services I did receive were appalling. The toilet was not cleaned at all, and the bed sheets were never changed. I had injured my finger and left bloodstains on the sheets, but even after the "cleaning," the same stained sheets remained. In fact, the sheets were not changed once during my entire two-week stay. It seemed the housekeeping staff only straightened the duvet and replaced the towels before leaving. I have stayed at over 200 hotels worldwide, and I have never encountered such a lack of basic hygiene and professional service. This was a highly disappointing experience.

En una estancia de 6 noches no hicieron limpieza, salvo un día que se exigió que la hicieran. Lobby con mal olor con sillones y tapetes muy sucios. El personal apagó el cargador de vehículos eléctricos y no quisieron volver a encenderlo. Mala actitud del personal en general. Lástima de hotel, es segunda que me hospedo. La primera vez que me quedé estuvo muy bien todo, sin embargo, esta segunda vez muy mal. No me volveré a hospedar en este hotel.

El desayuno era limitado y además se hospedó un equipo de basketball que consumía la mayoría y la cocina no surtía la barra. La habitación solo acudieron un día a tender camas (mal) no se realiz la limpieza general durante los 7 dias dias de nuestra estancia.
