「Halifax Holiday Park in Nelson Bay was a fantastic getaway and exceeded my expectations. The location is absolutely perfect, with just a short walk to the beach as well as the local shops, cafes, and everything you need for a relaxing stay. It made the whole trip feel easy and convenient without needing to drive everywhere. Overall, the experience was wonderful and truly great value for money. 「Safari tent was spacious and clean. The shared facilities were also cleaned regularly. Only negative feedback was related to other guests, mainly teenage kids running around the side of our tent in the middle of the night playing games. Outside of the control of the park itself. 」

「Accomodation cleanliness 」

「We booked via expedia. Since we expect ourselves to arrive later than check in hours, we have requested expedia to contact the park for late check in arrangement. The reply from expedia is asking us to contact hotel directly. We arrived the park 18:01 and the reception is closed. Without receiving any safe box code from expedia, we stand in front of the gate with wind and rain. Fortunately, we called and left message to the park’s after hours mobile, and Belinda (the property manager)...
