"Bed clothes inside were dirty with food or I don’t know what. Hairs arround pillows, really they didn’t cleaned the room before rent it again. I requested room change and the new one was also with hairs in the lavatory and between the sheets etc. I mean you can stay anywhere but a dirty place …! "

"I loved this hotel SO much!!! We reserved it for 2 nights when we first arrived at Guadalajara. We extended 3 times and stayed for the whole week, because I didn't want to go anywhere else. The location is fantastic in a nice shopping center with nice restaurants and cafes. Loved our room and the staff was very friendly. The pool is beautiful too. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely go back the next time we're in Guadalajara. We travelled around the stayed for 2 weeks and I compared every hotel/room to the Mid Town Hilton :)"

"Nice hotel overall, after more then 40 years staying in hotels it’s the fist time I needed to buy capsules of coffee, it’s not the money it’s about the service you get, one more just because I left the room at 11am I didn’t get my room cleaned, "
