The pictures looked great! Not! First, they gave us the wrong suite! And…it was dirty! The housekeeper came up to clean it when we went out. No noted difference! No plastic trash can liners. One sad was cloth never replaced. There was a room service menu with a phone number that didn’t work! When asking the Front Desk about room service or most anything…they knew nothing! Very disappointed!

No es un hotel, es más como un airbnb, la persona de la entrada es solo de seguridad si algo necesitas o hay algo mal te dice que te comuniques con los administradores, y si es noche te contestan en Watsapp que hasta las 9 de la mañana están para atenderte, al llegar una habitación no tenía agua, la pusieron más tarde , pero en la noche nos quitaron el agua en las dos habitaciones, y en la mañana batallando por qué no teníamos agua y teníamos que salir a una cita, pésima experiencia; y todo se escucha de las habitaciones de a lado y enfrente. No lo recomiendo.

La tv no funciona, no habia edredon ni frazada, una toalla muy fea, gris en vez de blanza, rota y muy vieja, el aire acondicionado no se podía apagar.
A pesar de haberlo reportado nunca me hicieron caso.
Quisiera un reembolso ya que fue muy malo el servicio.

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo. La primera vez muy bien. Hoy noté falta de limpieza y de mantenimiento. Las toallas estaban súper viejas, ya color gris y delgaditas del uso. La limpieza de los baños deja mucho que desear, los inodoros manchados de sarro y los espejos sucios. Retiraron el jabón y no pusieron nuevo para la siguiente noche, creo que ya no me hospedaré ahí, espero mejoren
