「員工非常有禮貌，而且樂於助人。早餐有3間餐廳可選。房間整潔乾淨，沙灘及泳池也非常乾淨。員工非常貼心，在我提出想帶點簡單食物給房間生病的家人時，非常熱心地提出再拿一點粥並幫我送到房間給病人。check in 及 check out也有welcome drick，而且可選，非常貼心！絕對會推薦及再訪的渡假村！」

「We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa and it was great. There is a small pool for each villa, but we never used it. We used the infinity pool near the beach. The breakfast is good. 「Best holiday hotel experience! Initially we were worried that it would be difficult to travel with our toddler, but the TIA Wellness Resort is actually quite kid-friendly, especially the staff were excellent! Buffet breakfast was one of the best we have enjoyed. We went in February, so the water was sometimes cold, but we still managed to enjoy the pool a few times and loved the private beach.」

「服務好得叫人喜出望外，三星的收費，意外換來比媲五星級的服務。唯一缺點是只有一間餐廳可供選擇，不夠多元化，他設施、配套及服務補足。好！如他有穿梭巴士直去峴港及信安一帶，那就入足一星期也不嫌多了。」
