Room was clean, but the bathroom constantly smelt of sewage and shower bracket was broken making showering difficult. The hotel is not like the pictures it is fairly run down. Breakfast was amazing with the freshness and variety. Staff are super friendly and happy to assist. Note there is a karaoke or night club at the front of the hotel which means if you like a quiet evening or go to bed early the music will keep you awake well into the night.

Great location

Great location on riverside and next to night market street (which is not worth the visit). Staff are first class and very helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Very good stay.

Nice friendly staff. Rooms need to be renovated. Bathroom requires renovations. They are no good for older people trying to have a shower because of the bath shower combination.

The location is convenient for commuting. Beautiful view of the Huong River. It was so peaceful! The breakfast buffet was delicious and had many options from Vietnamese cuisine to Western food. Staff were friendly and helpful. Their hospitality was great!

Great location near some lovely bars and restaurants but not too far from the bridge to the imperial city (30 minute walk). Staff fantastic and friendly, go above and beyond to help customers, transfer service was excellent, decent breakfast, nice pool, good views on the river side.

Great location with lots of dining options within a short walk. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Nice extra touches of welcome drinks, fruit in the room and daily bottles of water. We had no towels in the bathroom but this was quickly remedied. Would happily stay here again.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and river walk. Rooms were nice. We had a family room which was a good size but the bathroom was very small and old. The pool was lovely. Breakfast was nice and the staff helpful.

Happy To stay there again

Staff were excellent and very friendly. Room was a little dated and a bit rough round the edges but it was huge and everything worked. Light switches all over the place and it wasn’t necessarily in a logical place or order. Gorgeous pool area, great river and sunset views.

An odd hotel. Very large with a nice pool. Breakfast was ok but not great. Excellent walking location. Seemed like they were built for a large crowd that never arrived. Very good value for your money. Could use smart TV’s. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

I marked the facilities down a star as the spa was being renovated so i was unable to get a massage. That said the staff were very appologetic and recommened a spa very close by. The room was a good size. The breakfast was good with lots of choice .

Great service and ameneties!

It was a very nice hotel facing the river, right in the centre of town near restaurants/coffee shops, and about 20mins walk to the citadel. Staff were all very polite and helpful. The hotel manager, Phuc, even spent time to investigate and explain why someone may have knocked on my door very early one the morning. Great choices for breakfast. Though it does get busy but there is not much waiting time as there are plenty of staff on hand. I would stay again, especially for the price was great for what I got, if I came back to Hue.
