The location and property were absolutely stunning

The location and property were absolutely stunning—truly breathtaking. We loved simply strolling through the grounds, taking in the beauty of the gardens and the peaceful sounds of birds and grasshoppers. The mineral baths were a wonderful experience, leaving our skin incredibly soft. With a variety of temperatures to choose from and attentive staff always ready to assist, it felt both relaxing and well-cared for. The spa and massage center was exceptional—by far the best we experienced in Vietnam. Highly professional and incredibly skilled. We’re definitely planning to return for a longer retreat.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Alba Wellness Resort, where the staff’s hospitality truly made our experience unforgettable. Every team member we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs. We particularly enjoyed the variety of resort activities, including meditation and yoga classes led by Huong. The hot springs were a highlight, with Trang and the rest of the recreation staff providing informative guidance and support during pool and zipline activities. Having breakfast at Madam Chau Restaurant was another high point, with the restaurant staff going above and beyond to provide a welcoming and delightful experience. The reception staff was always attentive and responsive whenever we dialed 0, making sure our requests were promptly addressed. Housekeeping also did an exceptional job, maintaining the cleanliness of our room with great attention to detail. Self-parking was convenient, and the attentive staff at the parking lot were incredibly helpful, even offering umbrellas on rainy days to ensure we stayed dry. The onsen spa experience was remarkable, with skilled staff providing exceptional face and foot massages that left us relaxed and rejuvenated. Additionally, the buggy and bell services were both supportive and efficient, making it easy for us to navigate the resort comfortably. Thank you for making our family vacation memorable

Stayed one night in a lovely Bungalow. 1. Complimentary shuttle from airport is good, but was quite packed with many other guests for mini van. 2. Reception is bit too small, especially while having many guests arrive at the same time, using shuttle bus. 3. Entire site and properties were pretty and relatively well maintained. The bungalow was cute as well. But it was quite humid in it, and had many insects in and around, which can be understood as being surrounded of many greeneries, but hope they improve as this isn't home-stay place. 4. Food was ok-ish, not impressed, felt bit overpriced. As clearly having no other options (30min. away from city), was bit disappointing for it. 5. Spa was good, but face treatment was different from what I saw from the vouncher. So make sure with masseur or/and reception about what you'll have. Body massage was good, but it may depend on masseur's skill. 6. Stayed as single traveller but paid same as is for twin travellers. The charge is including 2 Spa per person per night, so felt it isn't fair for single traveller. Hope they have reasonable distinction. Overall, can recommend, and not sure if I'll visit again.

Best foot massage

Best foot massage I have ever had. Everyone was very welcoming and accommodating, from the receptionists, spa staffs and restaurant staffs. They make sure I get on the hotel shuttle to take my train to da nang timely (and was helping me check train schedule), and encourage me to use mask (during corona out outbreak) they give out to guests as I am heading to crowded place

숙소 내 직원분들이 매우 친절하고 편의를 봐주려고 노력하는게 느껴져서 여행동안 대접받는 느낌이 들었습니다. 위치는 후에 시내와 조금 많이 떨어져있어서 관광 목적으로 숙박하기는 조금 불편이 있을 수 있으나 휴양이 목적이라면 안에 스파(마사지), 온천 시설 등 여러가지 즐길거리가 많아 만족스럽게 이용하실수 있을겁니다.

Amazing wellness retreat

Wow! What a place, very relaxing and soothing atmosphere, the rooms, pool and Onsen are great. The spa treatments are excellent and I think it is worth upgrading to a room where treatments are included in the room rate. There is lots to do at the resort, but not much else around in walking distance.

This was one of our first 5 star properties that we've stayed at. It has only been opened for just over a year now under Fusion management. We found the property stunning with clear views of the mountains. The property is very spacious and all the facilities we're top notch. We stayed in the bungalow. The Bungalow was cleaned 2 times a day, with always a stack of fresh sheets and towels. As well, there was always water and fruits in the room for drinking and making tea and coffee. Because you are in the mountainside, mosquitoes and other bugs could get into the room mainly through opening and closong the door. A mosquito net was provided for over the bed if you are concerned. The bungalow has a private shared pool with other bungalow guests. Even in march it was still comfortable swimming. Water temperatures were great. The outdoor natural hot springs were always supervised by staff for safety. The hot springs had different channels of temperature so you could always cool off in lower temperature pools. The highlight of our trip was the daily onsen bath and reflexology. The onsen bath was extremely clean. Staff provided a thorough explanation of the onsen process and benefits the first time we arrived. The food and service at madame chau's was excellent. I have an allergy which they catered. We had bikes to ride around the resort. We also did a sunrise bike tour of rural Hue which was a lovely experience. This overall experience truly felt like a wellness getaway.

방갈로 스위트에 묵었는데, 같은 일행과 방갈로 투 베드로 업그레이드 해주셨어요. 온천과 야외 온천, 짚라인등 리조트 내에서 아이들과 할 수 있는 일들이 다양합니다. 3일이 짧았어요. 다만, 레스토랑이 공사중이라 음식 선택의 폭이 좁았다는 단점과, 다른 곳과 멀어 이동이 불편한 점이 있긴 합니다. 힐링을 위한 최고의 선택이었습니다.
