Room was spotless, everyone was super great. No breakfast or microwave was a setback and the parking fee boosted the rate up. The shuttle was extremely handy. But, the hotel was super nice.

Excellent stay! The hotel was decorated elegantly for the holidays and I was offered a room upgrade due to an issue with the kiosk saying the room was not ready even though it was after 3 pm which is check in time. Martha at the front asked if we were here for a special occasion and when I let her know we were there for my fiance graduating as a petroleum engineer she sent a celebration bottle to our room with a personalized note, she was amazing!!
