cleanliness of the room, the staff was accommodating and valet was on time considering it was valentines day. i was very pleased with my stay and will definitely stay again

The Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria
Staring off hotel room was dirty. Boogers on the curtains, the blanket had marks/stains of who knows what pillows same thing were dirty. Bathroom has all kinds of uncleaned locations. I would not come back to this hotel.

Club Quarters Hotel Downtown, Houston
Old and tired building. Staff not very friendly. Self check in-out not very convenient and in the end required staff assistance.
