The room was not ready at 3 pm. There was a very large crowd of people waiting in a very small lobby without enough seating for their rooms. I had to wait until 4:30pm to get the room. The shuttle to the hospital is advertised, but is either not available or too slow to arrive, so I used an Uber. ...

Club Quarters Hotel Downtown, Houston
It's always great to stay at the Club Quarters downtown. It is the perfect location for sports and concerts but the great staff and clean hotel with easy check in is the deal breaker

The Whitehall Houston
Property is in a good location but staff is not great at the front desk at check in. Food is expensive for an “order at the bar and seat yourself” experience.

Holiday Inn Houston Downtown by IHG
Our room was not ready until 3:45pm and check in was at 3. It pushed back all of our plans that day. The receptionist took a call from an outside number in the middle of assisting me. Would not recommend

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Houston - Greenway Plaza
For the money it was not even close to worth the money and $30 for parking and $18 for a breakfast not any better than a complimentary one not at all worth the high rates
