「Extremely comfortable room. Restaurant on premises was fun. Fort Madison was having a wine stroll so the crowd was friendly and jovial. 」

「The host was super nice and accomodated our needs/request for an extension cord and help to print something. The beds were super comfortable and clean. I was especially grateful for the hot water since many places don't have that. The location is close to restaurants and stores. 」

「The only thing we didn't like was waiting over 20 minutes to check in. It was around midnight and we were tired and two other customers were ahead of us. It seemed to take the attendant a long time to check in the first person in line. Other than the initial wait, everything was great.」

「My 18 year old grandaughter found 4 bats in her apartment. It was late at night and i live in another town. I got on the hotels.com app and imeadiatly searched for hotels. I called the hotels directly to confirm that she would not have to show my credit card and could check in at 18. After a couple of no we cant do that. I called quality inn.
