「We got to our room very late in the early morning hours drove 11 hours and then found that we could not get into our room the door key would not work. It took staff over 30 minutes to get us into our room and then they still could not leave us a door key to get back into our room if we needed to leave and come back. Very inconvenient for us. Someone had to stay in room to let the other in if needed to leave. No offer from front desk to make it right with us. Wish they would remember we are the...

「We were able to find a parking place right in front of the hotel. There weren’t very many places to shop at, probably because it was not the right time of the year. We came during our school spring break. That was April 3 time. I just wish there were more places to eat around the area. Or maybe a breakfast being served downstairs in the barbecue place.
