The hotel was easy to find with ample parking. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of selection, including waffles, eggs and sausage. It was very nice and the food was fresh. It was a great stay.

It was a surprise to find out after already making meal plates that one cannot take breakfast out of the dining room, even if one's spouse drove into the early AM hours and would have slept right thru breakfast.... Jacuzzi tub was nice. Beds were a bit on the hard side but otherwise the room was good. Clean and kwpt.up for the most part. A door might not shut all the way or the security jasp might not have worked, but the room was well, priced for the value.

Staff was awesome. Didn't like the sink outside of the bathroom, and the side doors had no security lock access. They were being propped and I saw room doors open and heard lots of activity all night in the hall and parking lot

There was a small amount of something brown and possibly sticky on the wall/ceiling in the far corner of our room. Breakfast was “meh”. Eggs and sausage were barely warm and they don’t have cream cheese despite having bagels available. There are no “do not disturb” signs to hang on your door. Housekeeping randomly opened and closed our door without knocking or announcing themselves and didn’t apologize after. They also have a $20 early check in fee that they failed to mention when I had called to ask in advance. Found out about it in person when we tried to check in early so we had to wander around town.

Like several others who reviewed….. there are definite problems with their hvac. First step into the room and it smells. Thought maybe after the ac ran it would improve. I think it made it worse. Carpet feels wet. They must have to work extra hard at cleaning in order to keep the mold away. Woke up with a sore throat and all stuffed up. Felt fine before.
