"The rooms were nice , the air conditioner worked great , the bar tenders were awesome good service expecially Eric and Arnold ! The beach was nice the shuttle picks you up and drops you off , the pool was nice but very busy , lots of locals . Breakfast was great ! There were no activities during the day and not much in the evening , close to shopping and bars !"

"It started with the man who Checked me in… any question I asked him he would take a deep breath as If he was so annoyed . The room Was depressing, there is really no place to lay out and get some sun . I’ll never stay again "

"Staff were amazing. Food is ok. Mexican fiesta was great. Only concern were the multiple raccoons jumping up on buffet table and grabbing food in the Italian restaurant. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Beautiful beach. Nice location. "

"Food was great. Worth booking club level at this resort. Daily breakfast was fresh and lots of choices. Azur and Mond were great for club level! Andres, Carlos, & Pedro for pool service were excellent. Jorge for daily activities was also great. Evening shows are lacking. The Earth Day fire dancing was great. The Mexican Fiesta night would have been great if the Marache band was outside. It was way too loud. Beach was clean and lots of beach chairs to use. Overall, 10 days was too long to just be at the resort. As there are no water sports etc. We stayed at resort and didn't do excursions as it was after the Cartel issues. We wanted to give it more time. The resort is small so great for families and any one older for getting around. Would be nice if they still had the teen club for 12+. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet, smaller, affordable resort. "

"The poolside seating is really nice, especially the cabanas. I had dinner at the really nice restaurant upstairs and the food there was delicious. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, although there was a strong odor of mildew that I complained about and was never completely cleared, the view was beautiful. The food at the buffet was just okay. I saw birds eating directly from the dessert table a few times. Overall it was a good experience. Reasonable prices and friendly staff."
