"The hotel and the room were ok. Check in was painful. We had to wait that they checked the room for readiness (even though it was 5:30 pm!) and then one of the hostess went and vacuum the room, so weird! So we had to wait a long time. Breakfast was terrible (all processed foods like if it was a chain). Bed and bathroom were good. "

"Great place to stay in Syracuse, close to Onondaga Creek walk trail for walking and biking and this trail leads to NYS trail around Onondaga Lake. Good breakfast food, nice patio for outside lounging. Very helpful front desk staff."

"The only somewhat neg thing about our stay was that there was an odor in our room. The room was super clean but you could smell that someone had smoked. I sprayed room spray and it covered it well. Other than that it was great!!!!"
