「服务态度很差，在旅客入住时并没有提醒过：你住的房间如果不在前一天说明要打扫卫生的话，第二天是没有人会给你打扫房间卫生的。理由是保护环境。我花钱买了你的服务，你用一张纸片放在房卡里就自行免除了服务。我并没有同意，只是被告知。找前台理论，态度非常恶劣。向这样的旅馆我绝对不会再去住了！」
