"Friendly and well-staffed hotel. Lovely music theme carries through decor from elevator doors to carpeting. Well appointed rooms with nespresso and many other amenities. Excellent and varied breakfast buffet featuring many different cuisines as well as local fare. Highly recomment"

"Very nice onsen hotel and dog friendly. Japanese style room but has beds and comfortable chairs, spacious rooms with seperated shower, toilet and sink rooms. It is very clean and no smell at all (we dont have dog for the stay there). We booked the half board and the 10-course dinner and elegent breakfast were excellent. There is a city bus stop in front the hotel and it directly connects to Hamamatsu station. The onsite onsen is great. It is two bus stops from the beatiful flower park. Highly recommended."

"Absolute great experience here, no complaints. Hotel isnt to far from the train station, and near a bunch of great restaurants that also stay open late. Complimentary beer hour at the bar for hotel guests always a win. Staff were fantastic they made checking in super easy and were incredibly nice. Lady that checked me in spoke great english and an absolute joy. Would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is in a great location. Across from the station. My room had a very distant view of Mt. Fuji. Bed was old and could use an upgrade. Breakfast had a good variety and the staff were helpful "
