「This place is totally run down. One of the worst hotels I have stayed at in my life. Most of the staff were friendly. Exception was the checkout person who did not even turn to me or lift her head when I asked about the checkout process.」

「This was a convenient hotel, clean and had what we needed, the staff was very helpful and pleasant. It is dated, pool area needs renovating, ada shower leaked through the bottom so that should be addressed before someone slips. Bed was comfortable on my side and sagged on the other. Sheets were clean. Breakfast was adequate not catered toward special diets.」

「We experienced multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues, including: * Hair in the shower when we arrived. * The shower drain was clogged, causing water to back up while showering. * The wall around the air conditioner was wet, suggesting a leak or moisture problem. * There was visible deterioration behind the wall/baseboard with exposed debris and damaged materials. * The carpet was stained and appeared dirty. I reported these issues to the hotel, but no one apologized or made a meaningful...
