"I had booked a room with a king sized bed, and when checking in, they said they did not have anymore rooms with a king sized bed. I ended up receiving a room with two queen sized beds...it was a non-smoking room, but someone definitely had smoked in the room recently because that is all you could smell."

"The overall experience based on the price was very mediocre. TV was of poor quality in terms of resolution. The mini fridge was laughably small and was missing a harness to hold drinks. My bidet didnt work. The fake fireplace was really just a poor quality space heater. They said they upgraded me to a kingsize bed but it wasn't. The jacuzzi was nice and the shower as well. I paid 600 for that room and i feel somewhat cheated. My heat was also not working properly. The room was freezing at times. I wouldn't return. That continental breakfast which was really just a snackbar with coffee was a joke."

"Property is minimally clean. Very gloomy vibe to say the least. Lighting is not as bright as it’s shown in photos. Staff were very polite but semi helpful. Can definitely use a variety of more toiletries & a few modern touches. "
