「The hotel was exactly as expected- lovely pool - nice rooms great location with a very short walk to a fabulous beach with a couple of bars - small supermarket nearby Nice staff and management- did not eat evening meal in hotel but a number of great local restaurants a few minutes walk away- a few miles from cavalossim - expect to pay between 400 to 600 which is a little high but due to the taxi monopoly that’s going on at the moment 」

「The accommodation was clean and basic. Air conditioner was provided. Tea and coffee was provided. Staff were friendly and helpful. The beach was located within a five minute walk. It was in a good location, with stalls and taxis. In the advert the accomadation cottage/ hut looked as though the pool was just outside it. The accommodation was separated from the pool location where you had to cross the road to another building with the pool. The pool water was not clean. Outside the pool area...

「Amazing stay at Treehouse Blue Villas. Property is well maintained, with all the required amenities such as Swimming pool , kitchenette having appliances like gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine etc are available. Caretaker Mr. Naresh was extremely helpful and took great care of all the visiting members. Overall , a perfect location for a family stay with beaches in near vicinity. 」

「The back of the property is full of rats. The room itself is VERY tired and needs refurbishing, curtains fall down everytime thier pulled. AC doesn't cool, TV wires and and control box just hanging loose. We asked if we could move room which was agreed, so we moved only to be told the room was now booked. We decided to leave rather than stay in the same room for another night. Plus side there is a pool.」

「The villa that we booked and paid for was denied us. There were 2 men sitting cross legged eating their curry on the floor when we arrived and they said they knew nothing of our booking. Just within the check in time the builder/ owner turned up and said the booking was cancelled by the supplier and we would be refunded. He was callous and unapologetic. How unprofessional and dishonest and we have not yet been refunded!The rest of the site is totally unfinished but they advertise as if the...
