The rooms were spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem to them and Cicil at reception was so organised with the bills and super friendly too. "The villa that we booked and paid for was denied us. There were 2 men sitting cross legged eating their curry on the floor when we arrived and they said they knew nothing of our booking. Just within the check in time the builder/ owner turned up and said the booking was cancelled by the supplier and we would be refunded. He was callous and unapologetic.
