「Excellent hospitality. Shuttle service for to and fro from varca is seamless. Would definitely prefer them as my first preference for stay in south goa. Also the food was too good. Couldn't find something to complain about.」

The food was delicious throughout all restaurants, and excellent service from the staff in those restaurants, in particular Renolta in the lobster village bar, she remembers our drinks each time & gives excellent service. 」

「This is not a 5 star property and food was terrible they dont event call you for prebooked breakfast or dinner for which you already paid 8k for and the pool had broken tiles which ican be very dangerous and also not worth 34k/night over priced and not worth staying 」

「Overall, it was a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was courteous and cooperative, which made the experience comfortable. There are a few areas where improvement is possible. The hotel provided only half-liter water bottles; offering 1-liter bottles, as is standard in many hotels, would be appreciated. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and had to be reported twice before it was resolved.」
