"Decent spot to stay, but honestly they need to get better mattresses, and provide better pillows. The pillows are sub-par, the mattress really sucked. The shutters also do not block out the exterior building lights at all. It was a rough night because of all that, and although the staff is great, I'd honestly consider staying elsewhere next time because of the horrible mattress, pillows and shutters not blocking out light."

"What a beautiful lobby! A large stone fireplace with a dancing fire set the peaceful and relaxing mood. Combined with a large spacious room and king size bed which gave a perfect night's sleep. Little extras like cookies in the evening and a full breakfast in the morning added to the value of staying here. We highly recommend it for anyone passing through Spokane."
