"This is a new and very spacious hotel. The location is phenomenal, beautiful view views of the river and of the city. The rooms are large. The bathrooms are exceptionally large and beautiful."

"The hotel is very conveniently located. The rooms are clean, but they are small. The staff was most helpful. The restaurant I felt was dark and not particularly inviting although the food was OK but somewhat pricey."

"Oaks on Charlotte is a wonderful place for city stay. Very convenient to shops, transport, sightseeing. Walking distance to many places. Staffs are very helpful and room is very clean. Having laundry facilities is a big plus for us. Thank you and and is looking forward to next visit and stay. "
