「Excellent location right next to the harbour, just about 15 minute drive to popular spots like Neck Point Park and Pipers Lagoon Park. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were helpful even though I arrived a little earlier than the official check-in time. 「We booked a suite to accommodate 5 adults. We got a room with two beds. One of us slept on the floor. We got there late off the ferry so I was courteous and didn’t go to the office to let them know until the next morning. She blamed Expedia for the mixup in rooms. We stayed two nights. When I asked for extra towels she snapped at me. The bed was very lumpy and we kept rolling to the middle of the bed because it was old and indented. Will never stay there again.」
