6/10 Okay

This hotel is in need of updating, especially in the common areas- lobby, elevators, hallways. The carpets are worn and a coat of paint would go a long way. The breakfast was okay, the room was clean, bed was comfortable but for the price paid, it was just okay.

Good accomodation for the price. Clean, tasteful up-to-date decor. The hotel is small enough to have kept a family ambiance, especially in breakfast room. My only negative point would be the rattling air conditioning unit in my room. The other rooms might be OK ...

Very good place compared to the price and the area. Large room, clean, but typical old building vibe with carpeted floor, and old building smell. They were not distinctively strong. Coin laundry down stairs could be useful. Good restaurants around the area. Shampoo, Conditioner, and body wash were too small for 2 Queen beds room

Fantastic breakfast each morning! Omelets, sausages, cereals, waffles, real juice (apple, orange, etc), fresh fruit. And coffee, tea, etc. toast and jams. The lady running the breakfast station worked like a whirlwind. She was a.azing! Well-organized and efficient. She deserves double wages.

Nice layout in the room - lots of space in the King suite. Good breakfast. The area to eat needs more seating (and better layout). Our room was decent. Bed was pretty comfortable. Our room was NOT clean, though. Staff were very friendly.

The hotel is very dated, there were a lot of large patchy stains on the carpet. Lots of security which on the one hand appears good but also speaks to security concerns in the area. Definitely not worth the price tag, though cleaning staff and reception were kind.
