「The front desk staff are friendly and the room is spacious. The breakfast served in the morning is simple and acceptable, but not as expected.」

「对面就是个小小的海湾，很别致的一间民宿，看得出店家对生活品质的追求，客房在二楼，一共有两间，有共享的客厅和厨房。店家自己住在三楼。会准备美味的早餐，前提是到店后填写早餐菜单，店家会提供一张备选清单，在上面填写用餐时间及选择喜欢的口味，完成后放在餐台上第二天就可以边赏海景边用早餐啦！」

「It's the perfect spot if you are arriving from the ferry and need a place to stay for the night. I arrived there at 11 p.m. Check-in was easy, and communication was great and helpful. It is not quiet, so it is probably not the best for a long stay, but it is definitely very convenient, and everything was efficient. Also, it is pet-friendly, and that was the positive part for us. We will return if we arrive late at night or leave with the early morning ferry. 」

「This large and lovely home is situated in a serene upscale neighborhood north of Nanaimo proper. My girlfriends and I rented two rooms. Both rooms had spectacular, unobstructed views. Charles, the owner/manager, was a delight. Some beautiful beach walks are only a five-minute drive away, but would not be easy for 70 y.o. knees to walk to due to the steepness of the road up the house. Also, come prepared with any snacks, as there are no convenience stores nearby. We would definitely visit again.」
