「I would like to add that two of the staff members get an A+ from my husband and I their friendliness and efficiency and just their all around presence made our stay that much better. Nautica was at the front desk on our arrival—there was an issue with my card but she didn’t make me feel embarrassed in any way she kept smiling and working on it till problem was solved. 「Customer service was outstanding, all employees were helpful and friendly. There was a very nice continental breakfast included. Unfortunately the waffle makers were not working but all the other food was tasty and warm except for the sausage patties. The room was clean and the shower had great pressure with plenty of hot water. It was handy have a good sized refrigerator. 」
