"Clean room, friendly staff "

"We stayed overnight prior to flying home, the location is excellent as are the amenities, we didn’t use the restaurant or the laundry facilities ( but we did check them out) the laundry was modern clean and well maintained and the menu looked pretty awesome. The staff , like all Japanese people were lovely, efficient polite and respectful and solved any issues immediately. Would recommend this hotel for anyone including families."

"NO RECOMENDABLE, TERRIBLE! Todo el personal muy amable, es lo único bueno que puedo comentar sobre este hotel. Reservamos 10 noches y en cuanto entramos a la habitación solicitamos la cancelación, para reservar nos basámos en las fotos y no hay relación de las fotos publicadas con las habitaciones en la realidad, no se si en verdad tengan esas habitaciones que publican pero la que nos asignaron a nosotros estaba exageradamente pequeña, llena de muebles viejos que solo estorbaban, solo había un mini pasillo por el cual subir a la cama, creo que le seria imposible desplazarse por la habitación a alguien con un poco de sobrepeso, la alfombra super sucia, las toallas "limpias" estaban llenas de cabellos, las almohadas duras e incomodas, el lavabo dentro de la regadera, no había lugar para poner la mochila, menos una maleta, el area se sentía sola, no nos sentíamos seguros. El hotel ofrecía desayuno, no podemos opinar sobre eso porque solo queríamos salir de ese hotel así que no lo probamos. "

"I had dinner at the restaurant, and the food was fresh; however, I did not try their breakfast. The area is pretty busy, and if you're looking for a calmer place, I wouldn't recommend it. Still, restaurants and shops are open until 5am around the area. "

"great staff, very friendly and great English, always greet you as you went though the lobby and were great practice for learning greetings in Japanese, the location as perfect for trains, food and other goods, central to Shibuya, Akihabara, Ginza, Shinjuku and many other places to explore. I would 100% stay here again on my next trip"
