"I want to take the time to bring to the attention the amazing front staff that had to deal with the most ignorant entitled and abusive people during the power outage. They were being spoken down to and treated like garbage and maintained composure. I’d like to say I did the same. I stay here a lot for business and this hotel is probably the best hotel staff I have ever experienced. These ladies deserve a round of applause for entitled hockey moms who didn’t care to watch their children and turned the hotel into a gym where they cared very little about anyone else. These ladies deserve a raise, a day off and an award for how cool they were when surrounded by individuals w no social graces. You are all stars. "

"My daughter and I had a great stay. The rooms are small but nice. The bed was comfortable, the room was pretty quiet even though we were next to the elevator. My only complaint would be that the room was very bright even with the blackout curtains but nothing a sleep mask couldn’t fix. However, what stood out the most was the employees. Everyone that we encountered at Mount Alverno was so friendly and accommodating. They made sure that we were had whatever we needed fo our stay. It made our entire weekend enjoyable. Thank you to everyone. "
