「I am not sure it is my bad luck or what, my check in date is the football match day, the roads are block, my car cann drive to near by area, the car park is closed, the hotel is in a mess with lots of football fans and bear. i have to stop the car far away to walk to the cashier, and ask for check in. And it is crazy noisy and messy as 99.99% are football fans there just after a match. The fans are NOT friendy seeing i am not wear the home football tee like them. I asked the staff when do...

「The room was clean and the bed comfortable although the pillows were hard. I didn't feel very secure as the public areas were not very nice and the carpet in the corridor on floor three was disgusting. I would not stay here again 」

「The room was very spacious, quiet and clean. The only down side for me is the lack of mirrors in the room. I am 4ft 11ins and I could not reach the only mirror above the bathroom sink. The staff and bar patrons were very helpful and friendly. It felt like a family run business. NEC is just a bus ride away, and the bus could be caught just outside the hotel. In a nutshell, I had a fantastic stay.」
