「There was old furniture within the room which also had a stench. The inside bathroom door frame was damaged. There were lines running across the television screen. I found roaches in the bathroom and the refrigerator. The staff apparently made an error when I put in a second reservation to extend my stay for another evening and then they accused me of not paying for that same night. They chose to remove me from the hotel than to resolve the issue. The whole thing just sucked all around.」

「We requested and stayed in a handicap accessible room. Many of the features were fine. However, the lighting needs to be updated. There should be NIGHT LIGHTS in the bathroom and the main room. We brought one on our own, and unfortunately forgot to take it home with us. But the hotel needs to figure out a solution for people seeing their way to the bathroom during the night, without turning on strong lights (which wake a person up). And then is the bathroom, to find a person's way about without...

「Arrived late after a long drive and there was no one at reception for a long time. Then when they showed up it turns out that our room had not been cleaned. They hustled to clean it, but then we discovered stained sheets on one of the beds. When I told the front desk they gave me new sheets. It was not a relaxing end to a long day.」
