「A nice basic hotel, great for a night or two. It is far from the airport and central tourist area however, the cost of a Uber back and forth pretty much equalled staying somewhere closer. Great staff thank you for accommodating us with our request to store our medication! There was record high temps when we went, no air conditioning and just a small fan, the windows barely opened, so it was a bit uncomfortable. I realize it doesn’t usually get that hot but if there could be a way to improve...

「It wasn't excellent it was outstanding in all respects! We were ministered to like kings and queens royalty. I wasn't expecting such amazing honest genuine concern for our needs. We hated to check out so soon, only because of distance to our extended family. The bus 23 goes to the metro Or you can rent a bicycle with a basket The neighboring Cafe and extension of the hotel shows they are popular and are in bug demand.」

「Storage space is a bit small for the room, the bed is comfortable and lighting have four mode for choice which is interesting. The kitchen is pretty small. Bathroom is fine and clean esp. non-peak hour. It’s a pretty good hostel as my experienced. 」

「房間和廚房都很整潔，單人床也很柔軟舒適。餐桌上還附一張手寫的歡迎小卡，我有把它帶回來❤️旅館合作的咖啡店早餐也蠻好吃，咖啡店裡面也有許多選品可以慢慢逛。旅館附近就有超市，走到地鐵站大約10到15分鐘，整體來說也算方便，個人很滿意。下次如果有機會再來哥本哈根一定會再來住，也會推薦給朋友。」

「Staff was friendly and helpful at the front desk Maid service is lacking. Arrived to find trash bags in the hallway to my room. Despite putting out a room cleaning request, my room was never cleaned the first day of my day.」

「Soaps were quite heavily scented. Difficult for people with sensitivities. we didn’t access the amenities but would have if we stayed longer. Staff were very helpful and kind! Would recommend!」
