Horrible location, you will feel unsafe at night, pictures of expedia is completely misleading with actual rooms of hotel with super color ful cheap design like kindergarten. I highly recommend booking other hotels in Copenhagen

Fine average hotel

The service is fine and the staff is friendly. The room had carpets with LOTS of stains. Probably clean but looked unsanitary. The rest was well kept. When looking at the customers, mostly business people and craftsmen, it is odd that breakfast is not served until 7 am. That is way too late for most of the weekday clientel, including myself.

Wauw what I disappointment . When I took a look to the devies I was expecting everything but not a cold empty hotel without any emotion or warmth. It was like a Turkish hotel in Denmark everything marble white and cool lights in the room white white and white . Food was bad and breakfast was even worse

The facilities are rather simple, and signs of wear can be seen on the furniture and floors. Overall, the hotel does not appear as modern as in the photos. An additional downside was the quite overpriced deposit required for the minibar, which was not mentioned during the booking process. This led to some confusion at check-in, as another payment had to be made even though everything had already been paid in advance. But on the positive side, the breakfast buffet offers a wide selection, parking spaces are available, and a bus stop is only a five-minute walk away.
