"We stayed at the Comfort Inn in Detroit this past weekend. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the room itself needed better attention to detail. The headboard had spills and stains and we had trouble getting the fridge to work properly. Overall, the customer service was great, but the room conditions could definitely be improved."

"Stayed for one night to get away and have some fun and good eats. Hollywood Casino did not disappoint. Very clean and the entire staff is professional and super friendly and helpful. Dinner at the Prism was excellent, and there was live jazz which made our night. I highly recommend this casino."

"Heat turns itself off, while we were sleeping! Great view, if the windows had ever been washed. Our TV remote did not work and it was the only one in the room with a volume button. No volume button on the TV either! On-line help desk told us someone would be there to fix it the next day, after our check out. Took them till the next morning to tell us THAT, so all weekend without. "
