「Air conditioning was not working. But luckily it cooled down enough at night to make it bearable. The room and the balcony were great as was the staff. 」

「The front desk staff were fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about them. The bar/in hotel restaurant however might have been the worst service I’ve ever had. It took over 20 minutes to get a simple drink, and another 40 minutes to get our food, which was wrong/not what we ordered. The server was very polite (I don’t recall her name), but the wait times and lack of attention to detail was abysmal. The hotel and stay were wonderful, but I would never eat or get a drink there if I come back」

「The room was very clean. The hotel space in general seemed very clean However, the room had some weird random things- the faucet in the bathroom was loose and just kinda flopping around. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. 「There were enough little things that were not right or working, especially for a room that was over $500 on a Friday. Paid to upgrade to have a soaking tub, that did not work. Toilet paper hanger was broke. No coffee cups or creamer. No plastic cups or glass ware, for a room like this, expected glasses. The wood grain on the check-in counter has a layer of black grime on it, do not touch. It was a nice room but things made it not worth it.」

「I stayed here for a conference at the Huntington Center, it’s about a 10 minute walk away. Parking is close the building, you can see it from the lobby. Check in was a breeze, received an email about 10 minutes before check in with room number and key code. 「Your basic No Frills hotel but it was clean andconvenient for the 3 days we stayed there. We were in town for a wedding. Convenient to some local dining and nightlife as well. Staff was very friendly. Nothing fancy about the place but they got the job done」

「We stayed here this past weekend. The room itself was big & spacious. The front desk attendant however was pretty rude when we arrived. We are from out of town so tried to call & see if we could check in early but just got left on hold.
