「We have stayed at Chateau Saint Denis several times but this time they get a substandard rating. I called the front desk at 830 pm on a Saturday to complain about persistent yelling in the 4th floor hallway over the preceding 15 minutes. I asked that a hotel employee respond to quell the boisterous activity. That seemed like a reasonable request from this frequent patron. Unfortunately, I was promptly dismissed by the employee who stated that their attention to my complaint was not necessary...

「The room was good and they meet all of my requests. The noise factor was bad. I didn't get much sleep. It sounded like a stampede above my head going on most of the night. I was on the first floor. There was also loud music outside, and a dog inside started barking around 5:30 a.m.」

「We were there for a short stay for a conference, so not much sightseeing was done, but the hotel is in very short distance from the University and great surrounding restaurants.」
