We dealt with Cassandra who reserved the perfect rooms for our family and made us feel at home, Ivy who made our check in easy and smooth and Jessica who checked us out and helped us with our upcoming reservations in December. "The hotel itself was amazing. Be prepared to pay $48 a night to park your vehicle though. Ouch! The staff were extremely helpful, valet parkers very sweet, and the location was perfect. The ONLY downfall was that it is located next to a soup kitchen, so the number of homeless people outside the property is very high. It felt a little unsafe walking my dog after hours. No fault of the hotels though."
