"We had a great stay here. We travelled with a 2 year old and we got upgraded to a larger room and a nice bottle of champagne waiting. Such a nice touch :) Highly recommend"

"Nice property with very friendly and helpful staff. Added extras by BZAR hotels gives you free tours …did not know about them in advance which would have been good to know (ie tiramisu classes, walk round The city). Conveniently located near the train station - 5min walk - and perfectly located to get into the main areas of Firenze. Lots of cafes nearby, launderette nearby was useful for us. Vibrant and diverse area. Hotel was a bit quirky with an old timer feel - was interesting to see some of the history of Firenze. On each floor you had access to free cold water - much appreciated in July!! - and access to free coffee/hot chocolate for guests. Had a family room which was very spacious for the four of us and private bathroom a good size. Would recommend!"

"Kudos!!! to the manager Antonio Remaschi My stay at the Baglioni was a very pleasant one ! I have to put this on record, the best shower pressure ever :-) truly a treat. I didn’t have a great start during my stay with some confusion regarding drinking water and a staff member ( a lady ) on the 5th floor reception sounding rude and almost dismissive of my concern. Hopefully this is looked into. However the floor manager was kind and resolved my issue. The breakfast was lavish and delightful! The complimentary wine was a special touch. I will definitely be coming back here !"
